In our September 2022 product release, we have made changes that allow you to have more control of the Nurture Cycle process.
We have taken functionality from the Nurture Cycle Subscription Management page and moved it to the Contacts menu bulk actions. This provides more functionality for your segmented contact lists in regard to the nurture cycle.
Nurture Cycle Content
You can now choose the type(s) of Nurture Cycle content to subscribe your contacts to on a one-to-one basis. Prior to this update, all contacts activated on the Nurture Cycle had the same subscription for content that they received (i.e. ALL active contacts would receive the monthly article depending on your Nurture Cycle Settings).

Nurture Cycle Timing
Previously, Nurture Cycle content was sent out to contacts on specified days determined in our database and within a general time frame (daytime 6 AM - 1 PM) based on the time zone set within your Nurture Cycle Settings. With this new update, you can now choose which day of the week you would like to have certain content sent, and a shortened timeframe of day that the emails will be sent.
