Limitations of Smart Flows
-
Concurrent Enrollments: A contact cannot be enrolled in multiple Smart Flows simultaneously. Contacts are limited to enrollment in a singular Smart Flow at a time.
-
Editing Active Flows: Changes to an active Smart Flow can impact contacts currently in the flow. It's advisable to clone and modify flows to prevent unintended disruptions.
-
Content Approval: While pre-built cadences come with vetted content, custom emails should be reviewed to maintain consistency and effectiveness.
- No Auto-enrollment, triggers or actions: Management of contacts for Smart Flows must be monitored and carried out manually.
By mastering Smart Flows, you can automate and personalize your email nurturing, ensuring your audience receives timely and relevant communications that drive engagement and growth.
