The Most Active Contacts (MAC) feature helps you instantly identify which contacts are most engaged with your content. It’s based on activity from the past 30 days, giving you a real-time snapshot of who’s interacting with your messaging the most.
This is based on activity points—a metric that tracks engagement based on specific actions taken by your contacts. Activity points increase when a contact performs key engagement actions, such as: opening or clicking an email, completing an assessment, downloading an eBook, etc.
