We’re excited to announce a major set of improvements to your Activity Feed experience. These updates give you significantly more visibility into contact engagement, make it easier to find the information you need, and expand the types of Activity displayed.
Below is an overview of what’s new, along with a guide on how to get the most out of your improved Activity Feed.
What’s New in the Activity Feed
These Activity Feed Improvements were designed to give you deeper insight into contact engagement and make it easier to find the information you need.
Here’s what’s new:
Full historical Activity — view all Activity, not just the last 7 days or 50 items
Advanced filtering and search options — filter by date range, Activity type, Smart Flow activity, or assigned advisor and search by email subject or contact.
Sent email visibility — see all emails sent, complete with previews
Email failure tracking — identify bounces, unsubscribes, and spam complaints at a glance
Role-based visibility — Advisors and Company Managers now see Activity tailored to their permissions
We’ve also included helpful tooltips to guide users through the updated Activity Feed on their first exploration.
Accessing the Activity Feed
From the Dashboard
You can access the full Activity Feed from the Dashboard by selecting “View All Activity”. This brings you to the new, enhanced Activity Feed page, where all improvements are available.
From the Nurture Cycle Performance Widget
Selecting Activity indicators within the Nurture Cycle Performance widget will take you directly to the Activity Feed with the relevant filters pre-applied.
From Smart Flow Emails and Statistics
When reviewing specific Smart Flow emails, or the overall Smart Flow you can link directly into the Activity Feed to view all Activity related to that email, automatically filtered for context.
Key Improvements
Full Activity History
The Activity Feed now displays Activity from all time, allowing you to review older Activity that previously was not accessible due to display limitations.
Search & Filtering Tools
Use the new search bar and filter menu to narrow down Activity quickly:
- Search by contact name, email, company, description text, or email subject
- Filter by date range, Activity type, Smart Flow activity, or assigned advisor (Company Managers)

Expanded Email Visibility
