You have two options to add a contact to your portal. Add an individual contact or import a contact list.
To add a contact in the advisor portal click on the Contacts tab.
1. From the Add contact drop-down menu select Add a contact
2. Fill in the contact information, ensuring all required fields are provided. Note: you will need to check off the box "This contact is expecting to hear from my organization."
3. Add Contact
To import a contact list in the advisor portal click on the Contacts tab.
1. From the Add contact drop-down menu select Import Contacts
2. Select the country. Note: these contacts all need to be in the same country.
3. Upload a csv. file ensuring you have the required 4 fields (first name, last name, email, company name) with those specific headings. Note: you can download an example to see what field headings are required.
4. Confirm the validity of your list.
5. Select your column label from your uploaded csv. file and assign the advisor who should own these contacts.
6. As the final step, you have the option to invite the contact list to get their Value Builder Score, as well as add to your Nurture Cycle.
