Once contacts have been enrolled into the Smart Flow and the first step of the Smart Flow has executed, the Smart Flow can no longer be edited.
Alternatively, if you would like to edit the Smart Flow, you will need to duplicate the existing one, make the edits, and then re-enroll the contacts.
To duplicate/delete a Smart Flow, you can click on the three dots beside the title:
