With our new product release, you are now able to send an email to multiple contacts.
To do this, go to the Contacts tab and select your contact list view.
Beside each contact name, check the box that you wish to send an email. Once your contacts have been selected, click on the Mail button on the right-hand side. You will be able to see how many contacts are selected.
A new window will appear where you can add a template, customize the body text of the email, etc.
You are also able to add additional contacts within the email preview window by clicking on "Add New" on the left-hand side. Just search for your contact and click add!
Once you have completed the email, send yourself a preview before sending it to your contacts to confirm the formatting. If everything is up to your standards, click Send and the email will be sent to your selected contacts.
