The filters on your contact lists can always be edited to ensure your lists are kept up to date.
For example, you are able to filter your contacts who are from Canada AND have activity points greater than 20.
To edit the list filters:
1. Ensure the contact list that you wish to filter is selected in the drop-down list menu.
2. Click on the Filter icon on the right-hand side.
Select the group of contacts that you wish to be filtered in the list. All contacts would pull in all contacts within the company (note: this is permission and is only available to those advisors who are company managers or have this granted permission set for their portal). My contacts would be the contacts that are currently assigned to you.
3. Click Add Filter. Select the Field that you would like to be filtered (i.e. Activity Points, Nurture Cycle Opens or Emails Sent, etc.).
4. Choose the operator by which the filter should be sorted. There will be different options to select from based on the field.
For example, If the field, Nurture Cycle Emails Opened, was selected, and you wanted to filter the contacts that have opened the nurture cycle emails over 10 times, you would select the following values:
5. Click Apply once you are done and the contact list view will be filtered to only show the contacts that fit the criteria. You can also add additional filters by repeating the steps above.
To remove a filter, simply click the X in the filter view or click Remove all to clear all filters.
