There can only be one email address in our system. If you try to add a contact with an email address that already exists, there will be a pop up that will allow you to request a review or the option to skip adding the contact.
We have this in place so contacts are not sent the same nurturing materials from multiple advisors.
To transfer the contact, the contact will need to email support@valuebuildersystem.com confirming they want to be added to your portal.
