The Dashboard Nurture Cycle Email widget is the best place to keep track of new and previous Nurture Cycle emails.
It’s the perfect tool to monitor and review emails being sent out through our automated Nurture Cycle system.
You can find the Nurture Cycle Email widget by clicking on the Dashboard link in the top menu.
The Nurture Cycle Email widget is the 1st Dashboard widget on the top-right side.
The Nurture Cycle Email widget has 2 main sections: Upcoming Emails and Latest Emails.
Upcoming Emails
The Upcoming Emails section displays all Nurture Cycle emails that will be sent out in the future.
A break-down of the Upcoming Emails list:

- Section Title: This lets you know that you’re looking at Upcoming Emails.
- Nurture Cycle email Category and Subject Line: This will display the type of Nurture Cycle email and the subject line of the email being sent.
- Intended Delivery Date: This is the expected date the email will be delivered.
- 3 Buttons (see details below)
If you click on Preview, you’ll see the Nurture Cycle email in its entirety (what your contact will see).
If you click on Skip, you can elect to remove the specific email from the Nurture Cycle automated system. If you skip an email, it will not be sent to any of your contacts.
If you click on Edit, you’ll be able to adjust the Nurture Cycle email subject line, the email body, and the call-to-action button that will appear at the bottom of the email.
Please note: the Edit function is only available to Advisors that have connected their Value Builder account via SMTP.
Latest Emails
The Latest Emails section displays all Nurture Cycle emails that have already been sent out.
A break-down of the Latest Emails list:

- Section Title: This lets you know that you’re looking at the Latest Emails.
- Nurture Cycle email Category and Subject Line: This will display the type of Nurture Cycle email and the subject line of the email that has been sent.
- Date Delivered: This is the date the email was delivered.
- 2 Buttons (see details below)
If you click on View, you’ll see the Nurture Cycle email in its entirety (what your contact has been sent).
If you click on Performance, you’ll see several email-related statistics based on the specific Nurture Cycle email sent out.
A break-down of the Performance information:
- Successful Deliveries: The number of contacts the Nurture Cycle email was delivered to.
- Unsubscribes: The number of contacts who unsubscribed from your Nurture Cycle system via the link in the Nurture Cycle email.
- Open Rate: The percentage of contacts who opened the Nurture Cycle email out of the contacts who received the email.
- Total Opens: The number of times your contacts opened the Nurture Cycle email. This includes multiple opens by the same contact.
- Click Rate: The percentage of contacts who clicked on a link in the Nurture Cycle email out of the contacts who received the email.
- Total Clicks: The number of times your contacts clicked on a link in the Nurture Cycle email. This includes multiple clicks by the same contact.
- Click-through Rate: The percentage of contacts who clicked on a link in the Nurture Cycle email out of the contacts who opened the email.
