Yes! You can insert templates into the one-time email sending* quick action within a contact's profile page. From here, a preview window will appear with a new email menu option for Templates. You will be able to select and insert previously saved templates that you have created or default Value Builder templates into the email. Previously saved and created templates can be found in Settings > Marketing Management > Templates.
If you choose to customize and write a new email message, you also have the option to save it as a new template for future use.
*Please note that for one-time email sending to be available, custom SMTP must be set up for your account.
