The Audience tab in your Smart Flow gives you detailed insights into each contact that has been added to the flow, along with their individual metrics.
In the Audience tab of a Smart Flow, the count reflects unique email opens and clicks. This means that if two emails were sent and only one was opened, the Audience tab will show 1 out of 2 emails opened.
In contrast, the Timeline view displays the total number of opens and clicks, including multiple opens by the same recipient. For example, if one person opens the same email three times, the Timeline will show three opens for that message.
Key Features of the Audience Tab:
- Contact Metrics: View performance data for each individual contact, such as:
- Email opens
- Email clicks
- Number of steps completed
- Active days within the Smart Flow
- Start date and end date for the contact in the Smart Flow
- Add Contacts: Easily add a new contact to your Smart Flow directly from this tab. You can click on the Add Contact button to add contacts individually. Multiple contacts must be added to a Smart Flow from the main Contacts tab.
- Remove Contacts: You can also remove contacts within the audience tab by checking off their name and clicking on the "Remove from Smart Flow" button.
- Organize Contacts: Sort and organize your contact list by clicking on the visible columns (e.g. Ascending order based on email opens, email clicks, etc.)
This tab provides a comprehensive view of how each contact is interacting with your emails, allowing you to track engagement and manage your audience effectively.
