Overview
Your Advisor Status is determined by the total number of completed assessments you have conducted within the current calendar year. This status reflects your level of engagement and activity based on the assessments you have successfully completed.
The total number of completed assessments includes the combined count of three specific types of reports:
- Value Builder Score reports
- PREScore™ reports
- Freedom Score reports
To accurately calculate your Advisor Status, you will need to create three separate contact lists and then sum the totals from each list.
Advisor Status Levels

Step 1: Pull Your Value Builder Score Report List
Begin by navigating to the Contacts section of your system. Once there, locate and click on the List View Controls, typically represented by a gear icon. From the options presented, select "New" to create a new contact list.
When setting up this new list, apply the following filter criteria to ensure you capture all relevant contacts:
Field: Value Builder Score Completed Date
Operator: Between
Date Range: January 1 through December 31 of the current calendar year
After applying this filter, save the list. Be sure to record the total number of contacts that appear in this list, as this number represents the count of Value Builder Score reports completed within the year.
Step 2: Pull Your PREScore™ Report List
Next, create another contact list following a similar process. This time, apply a filter specific to PREScore™ reports:
Field: PREScore Completed Date
Operator: Between
Date Range: January 1 through December 31 of the current calendar year
Once you apply and save this filter, record the total number of contacts that meet these criteria. For example, you might find that you have completed 18 PREScore reports during the year.
Step 3: Pull Your Freedom Score Report List
Similarly, create a third contact list to capture your Freedom Score reports. Apply the following filter:
Field: Freedom Score Completed Date
Operator: Between
Date Range: January 1 through December 31 of the current calendar year
After saving this list, note the total number of contacts returned. For instance, you may have completed 15 Freedom Score reports this year.
Step 4: Calculate Your Total Reports
To determine your total number of completed assessments, add together the counts from the three lists you created. This sum represents your overall activity for the calendar year.
For example:

Step 5: Determine Your Advisor Status
Once you have your total number of completed reports, you can determine your Advisor Status by comparing it against the predefined status levels.
Using the example above, with 75 reports completed, your status would be Gold Advisor.
