As a best practice, we recommend that you invite your clients to complete the assessment from within the advisor portal. You can include your branding, send a personalized invitation (including reminders) and tailor the thank you email that goes out after the client has completed the assessment:
- We recommend that you ensure that the branding is set up properly within your Value Builder account.
- To edit your Email Signature, go to Settings > Personal Links & Signature > Scroll to the bottom. To edit your Email Header and company information, go to Settings > Company Settings > Company Information > Email Template
- To customize the Redirect Webpage after your contact completes the assessment,
Go to Settings > Assessment settings and update your Redirect web page and Auto-response email as required.
You are now ready to send the assessment invite to your contacts.-
- To send an invitation to "Get Your Score":
- Go to Contacts and click Add contact (if they are already in your portal, you do not need to add)
- Enter and save the client's information.
- To send an invitation to "Get Your Score":

- Click on Get New Score> Invite contact to get score.
- You are able to personalize the body of the email here.
- Once you are ready, click Send Invitation
