Tags are an effective and quick way to start segmenting your contacts and better organize and manage your contact list. With a new release scheduled for Q2, you will be able to use tags to better group your contacts based on data that you know about them, which will allow you to send highly targeted emails and content to better suit their niche.
You can create new tags through your Settings > Marketing Management > Tags (if you are the Company Manager) or you can create tags on an individual contact profile.
Tags can be edited, merged, or deleted from this page by clicking on the three vertical dots. Please note that any edits to the tag will be reflected on all contact profiles that are associated with the tag. You can also view the number of contacts associated with each tag that you have created.
Tags can also be applied to multiple contacts by going into the Contacts tab. You can select multiple contacts within segmented lists that you've created to tag using the 'Tag' icon on the right hand side.
