Please be advised that to change the email address you use in the advisor portal, you must contact support@valuebuildersystem.com, ensuring you copy in your Customer Success Manager.
Once your email has been changed by our team, your account password will automatically be reset. You will receive an email from noreply@valuebuildersystem.com.
This email will contain a temporary password that you will need to use to verify your email. Upon your first login with this password, you will be prompted to change your password.
We also recommend that you connect your new email using SMTP (if applicable).
