Meeting agendas are not sent automatically. It is up to you as the advisor to email the meeting agenda for each of the modules. To do this go to the Value Builder Engagement Program for the contact you wish to send the agenda to and click the + beside the module.
This offers the option to download the email agenda or to send an email directly from the portal with the meeting agenda to your business owner.
