3. Viewing a Contacts PREScore™ and Report
Activating PREScore™
If you do not have PREScore™ available in your portal please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Find your PREScore™ Personal Link and Customize your Auto Response Email/Workflow
Click on Settings towards the upper right corner of your toolbar. Under your Settings > Personal Settings > Personal Links & Signature, you will find your PREScore™ Personal Link, as well as your PREScore™ Settings. You can use your PREScore™ Personal link in the same way you use your Value Builder Score personal link (i.e.: social media, email signature, etc).
Within your PREScore™ Settings, you can choose from four options to include with the auto-response email when someone completes the assessment.
2) Send the eBook along with a custom report (similar to the Value Builder Score Report)

4) Or choose to provide nothing additional to their results.
Additional Settings
Connect with your advisor link – This URL will appear at the bottom of the PREScore™ Report, and should link to more information about you (Calendar, LinkedIn, Website, About Me page)
Follow up email workflow – These are optional automated emails that you can enable to be sent out following the auto response email when a contact completes the PREScore™ assessment.
These are optional automated emails that can be sent after the email auto response when a PREScore™ assessment is completed. Note: to have the workflow automatically send you will need to enable it.
Once enabled you have the option on who to send the follow up emails to.
1. New Contact: Any new contact not already in your portal that completes PREScore™ via your personal link or embed code.
2. Any Contact without PREScore™: Any existing contact that has not yet completed a PREScore™ assessment.
3. Any Contact: This is any contact already in your portal that could have an existing PREScore™ or has taken for the first time.
For both follow up emails you can select from 4 email templates which are completely customizable and 7 time frames from which to send.
Email Templates:
1. Book Appointment: This requires you to have a link available in the Calendar Booking Link section. This can be found in My Profile (top right corner of the portal), and then going into the Advisor Information section.
Usually this will link to an About Us page on your website, or booking link for your calendar.
2. Get Your Value Builder Score: This will provide a CTA inviting the contact to get their Value Builder Score.
3. PREScore™ eBook: This option would only be used if you chose to provide nothing to a contact upon completing their PREScore™. This will provide them access to the eBook The Exit Checklist: A 5-Step Personal Action Plan For A Happy (And Lucrative) Exit From Your Business.
4. Value Builder System Education: Provides a sample chapter of John Warrillow's best selling book Built to Sell.
Should you want a second email added to your workflow, you will need to enable and select both the email template you wish to send and the time frame following email 1 for when it will be sent.
Note: You will need to ensure any and all changes made to PREScore™ Settings is saved.
Viewing a Contacts PREScore™ and Report
When viewing a Contact, you will be able to view their current PREScore™ and have the option to download, email or print their full report, located just above their Value Builder Score. In addition, you can also invite a contact to get PREScore™ as many times as you like.
A contact’s timeline will show their past and current PREScore™ and you can view the corresponding report by clicking View PREScore™ Assessment.
Currently, you are able to filter your contact list by those who have been sent an Invite to Get PREScore™ and those who have completed the PREScore™ assessment, by applying a filter to a list:
In addition to all the settings and features listed above, you also have available to you a Company (and team if applicable) embed code. With this embed code you have the option to select between two different versions of the landing page to display:
- 75% Regret - is a great resource for an exit planner who is trying to get a business owner to prepare for their exit in advance.
- Celebrate Accomplishment
With the embed code you have the option to Skip the landing page as well as Show Phone Number as a required field on the form (Please note that this may reduce your completion rate).
