How Do I Change Between Seller's Discretionary Earnings (SDE) and Adjusted EBITDA for a Scenario Plan?

Changing between SDE and Adjusted EBITDA cannot be done within a Scenario Plan (Sliders or Black Box), but must be done within your Settings.

To do so:

1. Navigate to Settings

   • Go to Settings > Value Builder Score Questionnaire Settings.
     
     
     
     

2. Locate the Income Adjustment Wizard

   • Scroll down to find the Income Adjustment Wizard section.
     
     
     
     

3. Select Your Preferred Metric

   • Choose between Adjusted EBITDA or SDE based on your preference.
